Job Description:
As a Harvest Cellar Worker, you’ll assist in every stage of winemaking, from grape handling to bottling. This role is seasonal (4 months, August–November), perfect for those passionate about wine production and eager to gain cellar experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with wine movements, crushing, racking, blending, and bottling
- Maintain sanitation in all cellar operations
- Follow detailed work orders for processing fruit
- Operate presses, crushers, de-steamers, optical sorters, and forklifts
- Perform pump overs, punch downs, and barrel preparation/filling
- Follow safe work practices
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Prior harvest experience preferred but not required
